Our company is headed by the general manager, to the functional departments involved in product quality and the quality management network formed by the workshops in accordance with the requirements of the company's "Quality Manual", and the quality management between various departments is based on ISO9001 requirements as the standard, and the quality standards are strictly implemented.
1. First of all, the raw materials need to be sampled and inspected, and their physical properties, chemical composition, metallographic and flaw detection are strictly tested.
2. For standard parts such as motors, bearings, bolts, nuts, motor belts, etc., they are ordered by qualified suppliers who have obtained ISO9001, and quality inspection after purchasing into the factory.
3. Conduct sampling inspection of external cooperation parts.
4. Each workshop inspects the parts required by the sieve machine according to the process.
5. After assembly, the company's testing center will test the sieve machine according to the design technical parameters using instruments and other means, and can only leave the factory after qualification.
6. After the product leaves the factory, the after-sales service personnel carry out quality tracking services, and for the quality problems that occur, immediately feedback to the company's quality management office, and take timely measures to solve them.
